Expedition to Khentii for 10 Days

Trouvailles ‘10-day Khentii Expedition’ offers up a wealth of sights and activities. You’ll camp or glamp in Gers, fish, hike, ride, and finally take a tour of the city, you’ll experience it all. To break bread with a nomadic family and spend your nights in a Ger, is a cultural experience our tours offer, and one our guests never forget.

Our guests often ask us what exactly a Ger is. Gers are a characterful feature of traditional rural life in Mongolia. They’re portable felt covered dwellings similar to yurts, and where you’ll bed down each night. Solitude can be alluring, and that's what you’ll find in the Khentii mountains. You'll find that solitude at the hidden temple of Aryabal, the historical 'Blue Lake with the Black Heart', Gorkhi-Terelj National Park, and the sacred Baldan Bereeven Monastery.

Let Trouvailles Tours take the hassle out of trying to plan everything yourself. Our guides speak excellent English, so there’s no need to worry about the language barrier. They also have intimate knowledge of the terrain, meaning they’ll take you to must see spots, as well as those only the natives see. Trouvailles will take care of your accommodation, transportation, and navigation, all you have to do is make lasting memories. Details of our ‘10-day Khentii Expedition’ can be found below.
